Michele joined Century Bank in March 1997.  Starting as a teller, she then moved to Secretary for Chris Harlin, President.  In January 2009 she was promoted to Executive Secretary.

During her time at the bank, she has taken banking classes through the Center for Financial Training and is working toward diplomas in two aspects of banking.  Michele helps with the Lions Club Auction and the Summer Ball League.

She was raised in Kansas and moved to her husband's family farm outside Gainesville in 1988.  They have two grown children.
