Marsha began her banking career in Oct. 1976 with Bank of Gainesville (now being Century Bank of the Ozarks) while she was a senior at Gainesville High School through the COE Program. She has attended classes at American Institute of Banking throughout her career.

Marsha started in the Bookkeeping Department, later transferring to the Teller Department, then on to Loan Secretary and Assistant Cashier. She is now Supervisor of Operations and Assistant Vice-President at the Ava Branch in Ava, Mo.

Marsha works with the school's COE Program as an employer. She also enjoys her family farm operation.
